Ryan Yaraghi
Founding Principal
Mr. Yaraghi is a founding principal at Broadband Capital Solutions, where he leads the firm’s partnership efforts. Mr. Yaraghi has over 10 years of experience investing in broadband infrastructure, including three Broadband-related EB-5 projects that raised over $200 million of capital and created over 6,000 jobs. Prior to founding Broadband Capital Solutions, Mr. Yaraghi spent 10 years on Wall Street as a Principal at Searchlight Capital Partners where he helped oversee the firm’s efforts in the Telecommunications sector, including the firm’s investments into residential broadband providers Consolidated Communications, Ziply Fiber, All Points Broadband, and Wecom. During his time at Searchlight Capital Partners, Mr. Yaraghi helped deploy over $10 billion of capital, including over $1 billion of equity capital. Prior to joining Searchlight in 2018, Mr. Yaraghi worked as an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Evercore in New York. Mr. Yaraghi received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, where he graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors.

Zach Savidge
Founding Principal
Mr. Savidge is a founding principal at Broadband Capital Solutions, where he leads the firms operations. Mr. Savidge has over 10 years of experience investing in privately held and publicly listed businesses across the infrastructure, industrial and software sectors. He has led investments totaling over several billion of equity capital into companies that now collectively have over a $1 trillion of enterprise value. In addition to his role at Broadband, he is an investment partner and founding member of Untitled Investments, a leading cross-over investment partnership based in New York City. Previously, he was a principal at Third Point, a leading $20bn alternative asset manager. Mr. Savidge received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Princeton University, where he graduated summa cum laude and won the Wolf Balleisen Memorial Prize for best academic thesis.
